Our garden was abundant with cauliflowers this week and the weather was quite fitting to make a warming cauliflower, potato and bacon soup with cheese and chive scones for staff morning tea. 

Peters lunch choice this week was bacon carbonara with homemade pasta. Delicious to say the least, and very fun to make. 

In the afternoon, we continued clearing a section of the herb garden in preparation for a new habitat garden and seating area. The plants removed from that area have all been carefully transplanted to other spaces within the kitchen garden.
