Reggie Dabbs at Gateway Church
Gateway Church Devonport would like to invite our school community to an awesome weekend we have coming up with REGGIE DABS!
Reggie Dabbs is one of the most sought-after speakers around the world and visited us at DCS just last year! The NW Coast of Tasmania is so blessed to have him back with us in a few weeks time. We are looking forward to coming together to lift up the name of Jesus and hear from Reggie Dabbs in a powerful way.

Kids Boot Camp
At Boot Camps Tasmania, we have had many requests for a Boot Camp specifically for kids. The kids who already come to our adult sessions love getting involved, so starting BC Kids was our next step!
At BC Kids/Little Campers, our sessions are filled with fun games, exercises, and mini-challenges that will help your kids move better and stay active. They'll improve their motor skills, agility, balance, and speed and even get stronger while having a blast. Kids BC has something for everyone, no matter their fitness level!

Welcome to the 2024 DBC Inc. Spring High School roster.
REGISTER NOW! REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ON FRIDAY 23RD AUGUST 2024 - NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL THE TEXT BELOW SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE REGISTRATION AND DOOR FEES PROCESS TO ENSURE YOUR CHILD IS REGISTERED AND YOU ARE PAYING THE CORRECT FEES. The Devonport Basketball Council Inc. will run a spring high school roster over 10 weeks and will be opened to girls and boys in Years 7 through to 10.
Ideally, we would like to again run a Year 7/8 and Year 9/10 roster in school based teams but this will depend on numbers. If we were to get enough girls, we would also run with a separate girl’s roster. However, if numbers are low, we will again run a mixed roster as we did in the winter butattempt to keep as school-based teams.
Roster will commence on Wednesday 4th September and run through until 27th November (10 weeks). There will be no games played during the school holidays on 2nd and 9th October and a Wednesday in September due to the TJJJL dinner (date yet to be confirmed).
It is a requirement of Basketball Tasmania that all players register online through PlayHQ.
2024 SPRING REGISTRATION FEES
Basketball Tasmania, NWBU and Basketball Australia registration fees will only be shown if you are not already registered for the spring roster. If you are not registered fees will automatically be calculated on your YOB. For new registrations you have the option of registering with Basketball Tasmania for 12 months (to cover the 2024 spring and 2025 winter rosters) or 3 months to cover this spring roster only and NWBU fees can be paid for 6 or 12 months, and Basketball Australia levy is a 12 month fee. All players will be required to pay the DBC fee of $40.00.
For children that qualify for TICKET TO PLAY you will register through the link below and click I have a Government Voucher (in payment/summary page), add your TTP voucher details which will cover registration fees only (not door fees) except when fees are over $100.00 you will berequired to pay the difference.
2024 SPRING WEEKLY DOOR FEES
These will again be paid upfront and included in the registration process. This worked ideally for the club and players in the 2024 winter roster.The upfront playing fee will be $30.00 based on 10 roster games. This will be in addition to the normal registration fees (Basketball Tasmania, NWBU, Basketball Australia and DBC) and appear in the product section of the registration form. Should this arrangement cause hardship or stop your child from playing please contact us to come to an arrangement, as the last thing we want to do is stop anyone from participating. PLAYHQ now also gives participants the choice to pay fees in instalments using “PayPal Pay in 4 option”.
Teams using DBC singlets will be required to pay a singlet bond of $10.00 and will receive $5.00 refund at the end of the roster providing the singlet is returned in good condition. This is to be paid on the first roster game.
