Cyber Safety Virtual Classrooms

Students from 3-6 will participate in another virtual classroom on cyber safety in week 8 and 9 of term 3. This time they will focus on the important topic of 'Red Flags online'.

 

The topic for Year 3 and 4 is "Let's talk about red flags online" and this will take place on Monday 2nd September at 9:30am-10:15am for Year 4 and Thursday 12th September at 9:30am-10:15am for Year 3.

 

The topic for Year 5 and 6 is "Recognising red flags online" and this will take place on Friday 6th September at 9:30am-10:15am

 

Students will bring home a worksheet of what is covered during the session to prompte discussion at home.

Students have also been directed to the eSafety kids website if they ever need help when online. This link has also been placed on the students' homepage when accessing the internet at school.

The eSafety website also has a page for parents and carers which is full of useful information.
