Year 7/ 8 Volleyball

Recently, Year 7 and 8 students participated in the Black Ranges volleyball tournament. The Year 7 boys team had a strong performance, winning three sets overall and securing victory in one of their two matches. In the Year 8 boys division, we entered two teams. Team 1, made up mostly of last years state finalists, dominated their pool matches, winning both. However, they faced tough competition in the semi-final and were narrowly defeated. Team 2 displayed great determination, putting up a strong fight in both of their matches, and although they didn't come out on top, their effort was commendable. The Year 8 girls teams also had a fantastic day, winning a set each in their matches and enjoying every moment with plenty of fun and laughter.

Congratulations to all our students for their hard work and team spirit!

Congratulations Austin!

Congratulations to St Brigid’s College Year 10 student, Austin Simpson, who was awarded the HDFNL Under 17 Football ‘Best and Fairest’ last week. A great achievement!

Well done to students Tayla Hudson, Archie Hogan, Charlie Hedt,  Abbey Williams, Maddison Bethune and Ivy Hofmaier, who placed in the top 10 in the recent HDFNL and WFNL junior vote counts.

Congratulations Amy!

Amy Bolwell (Year 8) has come third in the State School Shooting competition held recently in Echuca. The weather was horrendous, so this is an amazing result. Well done Amy!
