Dear Parents,

We are thrilled to share some exciting news from our school community! This past week, three of our outstanding students represented St. Francis Xavier Ashbury at the Ashfield Olympic Park Network final, held at Holy Innocents Croydon. Competing against some of the best young talents in the region, our students demonstrated incredible skill, determination, and sportsmanship.

We are incredibly proud to announce that all three of our finalists returned with medals! Their achievements are as follows:

Stage 1 Finalist: Amelia Ricci- 2nd place

Stage 2 FInalist: Joseph Khoury- 3rd Place

Stage 3 Finalist: Sofia Micalizzi- 2nd Place

This is a remarkable achievement, reflecting our students' hard work and dedication, as well as the support and encouragement from their families and our dedicated staff. We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our medallists and thank them for representing St. Francis Xavier Ashbury with such excellence.

We also want to acknowledge the efforts of all our students who participated in the lead-up events. Your perseverance and commitment have been truly inspiring.

Finally, we would like to thank the teachers and parents who supported our students during their preparation and the competition. Your guidance and encouragement played a significant role in their success.

Let’s continue to encourage all our students to strive for excellence in all their endeavours, whether academic, athletic, or artistic. Together, we can achieve great things!

Warm regards,
