I Patted a Kangaroo!

Prep-2’s Visit the Kyabram Fauna Park

On the 18 August 2023 the Prep-2 students went to Kyabram Fauna Park. We interviewed some of our junior students:

What animals did you see? We saw kangaroos, meerkats, snakes, Tassie devils, dingoes and a couple of sleepy koalas.

Did you like visiting the Fauna Park? Yes we did – I’d score it 9 out of 10.

What did you learn about? We learned that the world’s most venomous snakes live at the park and also how to care for different animals.

Would you recommend a visit to the Fauna Park to other people and why?  Yes, because you get to see everybody’s reactions when they see all the animals. It’s fun to visit if you like animals.

What was the best part of your visit? We got to play games, pat the kangaroos and do other fun activities.

The Prep-2 students had so much fun on their excursion to the Fauna Park.
