Book Week @ MGC 2023

We are so excited to welcome Book Week 2023 to MGC! 📚🎉

Between the 21st and 25th of August, we have organised lots of activities and events to celebrate the joys of reading.

The library is hosting an event every lunchtime for students:

🎥 Monday – a screening of Matilda the Musical

❓ Tuesday – Trivia: bring a team of three and compete for prizes

✍ Wednesday – Franken-stories with the Book Club

🧙‍♂️ Thursday – Picnic outside the library (bring your blanket and lunch) and Costume Parade

📝 Friday – Blackout Poetry

Thursday will also be an out-of-uniform day. We’re encouraging all students (and staff!) to dress as their favourite book or book character, with a variety of prizes to win.
