Narrative 

A narrative is a story that entertains the reader. 

 

Narrative structure 

A good narrative has the following elements to ensure it flows and makes sense. (Characters, Setting, Problem and Solution).

“You are an astronaut who has been given the task of exploring a new planet”. 

 

Will you safely get to your planet? How will you get there? 

Will you find anything interesting on your planet? 

Is something going to go wrong? How will you solve it? 

 

Students write a narrative about the picture.
