Hello Families!

Geometry is such a beautiful way to finish the school year.  We are all experiencing the deep satisfaction of creating these beautiful forms with precision and care, discovering mathematical truths along the way.  Students have been challenged to observe, measure, draw, describe, and draw conclusions - all excellent skills necessary for success in life.  It has also been an exercise in self-control as we are all feeling the end of the year and have an instinct to rush through things.  However, the success of the drawings comes from taking our time to do the job properly.  There has been a lot of rubbing things out, me included!  But it is all part of the journey.  

As we wrap up the year and reflect on all that has been accomplished, I hope that the school holidays are refreshing and soul-filling for you and your family, and leave you ready to begin your next chapter.
