We are looking for casual and full time staff in our Construction and Maintenance teams. Your skills and work ethic will be rewarded with excellent working conditions and competitive remuneration.
Who are we?
Grassports construct, maintain, and resurface sporting fields and courts across Victoria. From single backyard tennis courts to international FIFA certified soccer complexes, Grassports offer a specialised range of synthetic and acrylic sports surfaces. But our job is more than just the finished surfaces. With over 50 years industry experience, we understand the importance of ensuring quality in the complete construction process, from preparation of base works, through to ensuring appropriate sub-surfaces and then finishing the final surface. We provide full project management, expert design, and construction cost estimation.
A typical day for you
Installation of synthetic grass Installation of sports equipment Base preparation and minor earthworks, General landscaping, labouring and site clean-up.
For us to consider you for the role, you must have the following
Current Australian working rights, your own transport and be able to travel (company car may be provided in time depending on progression). White Card (OH&S induction card), Working with Children Card. Be highly motivated with positive attitude towards all tasks, be honest, reliable, and consistent, a team player, an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.

Light Vehicle Apprenticeship with Mercedes Benz
WPC Group has an exciting opportunity for an individual to commence a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive with Mercedes-Benz Berwick - known for its commitment to crafting and maintaining a high standard of automotive excellence.
About the role:
- Work closely with experienced technicians to diagnose and repair European vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Learn to use advanced tools and equipment for automotive repair and maintenance.
- Participate in structured training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to safety standards and follow company policies and procedures.
About you:
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a strong interest in mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A Certificate II in Automotive is beneficial but not required.
- A valid driver's license, or close to obtaining.
