Foundation

  • Remy B (FSC) – ‘Be Your Best’ for remembering to use a capital letter when starting a new sentence.  Keep up the wonderful writing Remy! 

  • Myra A (FSC) - ‘Be Your Best’ for remembering to use capital letters when writing the names of the characters in your story. I love how you focus so hard on your work during writing time Myra! 

  • Xavier M (FBW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for working hard to complete writing tasks that you are proud of.  It is wonderful to see you writing so neatly and also re-reading to check for full stops and capital letters.  Keep up the great work Xav!

  • Louis B (FBW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for working independently to complete your writing tasks. Louis, it is wonderful to see you confidently sounding out words and having a go. Your writing is really improving. Well done!

 

Year 1 & 2

  • Hugo S (12ZH) - ‘Be Your Best’ for working really hard during our maths unit of location.  Your efforts to listen, contribute and ask questions during this unit helped you to understand directions better.  Well done, Hugo!

  • Molly R (12ZH) – ‘Be Responsible’ for always following class instructions, especially with our Cue-To-Start.  You are always looking and listening to the teacher to help you and others around you be more successful learners.  Awesome work!

  • Jaxon F (12CL) – ‘Be Your Best’ for a fantastic improvement with his learning.  It is wonderful to see you putting so much effort and trying your best to produce a higher standard of work.  Well done, Jaxon.

  • Isla W (12CL) - ‘Help Others Succeed’ for being very considerate of her peers.  You do an amazing job of taking care of others when they need cheering up.  Thank you, Isla.

  • Bertie F (12GM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for making remarkable improvement with your handwriting.  Your writing is becoming so neat and it is joy to read.  Great work Bertie.

  • Charlee F (12GM) - ‘Help Others Succeed’ for always being a terrific classmate.  You always go out of your way to make your friends smile and you do so by being inclusive and sharing your positive personality.  Great work Charlee!

     

Year 3 & 4

  • Emmy D (34LB) - ‘Be Responsible’ for always completing work to a very high standard and assisting others when required.  Excellent effort, Emmy!

  • Lily W (34LB) - ‘Be Responsible’ for being such a positive role model in our classroom.  Excellent effort, Lily!

  • Taanashe M (34MH) - ‘Be Your Best’ for making the most of class time, listening carefully, staying focussed on work tasks and taking pride in the presentation of written work.  Great work Taanashe.

  • Ella K (34MH) - “Be Your Best’ for her outstanding presentation of written work, writing neatly and taking care with spelling choices and punctuation.  Excellent work Ella.

  • Maddison T (34MH) - ‘Be Your Best’ for reading confidently in class activities and contibuting to class discussions with great ideas.  Fantastic work Maddison.

     

Year 5 & 6

  • Theo S (56TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for raising his hand and sharing his work and ideas with the class. Your contributions are insightful and valued by all class members. Well done Theo. 

  • Izzy P (56TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for the effort you have put into your maths. Izzy, you ask clarifying questions and challenge yourself to improve every day. Keep up the good work. 

  • Caleb S (56NW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for your confidence to read aloud during our whole class novel studies.  Caleb, you read with great fluency and expression.  Well done. 

  • Abbie H (56NW) - ‘Be Responsible’ for the care you show towards others.  Abbie, you’re always packing away the passive area tubs after each break.  You’re a great leader for our school.  Well done. 

  • Cassidy T (56EN) – ‘Be Your Best’ for the effort shown in the planning of your narrative.  Cass, you have used many different techniques in your planning and written a detailed and well-structured plan.  Well done!

  • Thomas E (56EN) – ‘Help Others Succeed’ for your feedback and well thought out responses during class discussion.  Thomas, you enjoy sharing your ideas and new learnings in Literacy and strategies in Maths.  Thank you for your contributions they are very valuable.

Specialist  

THE ARTS (Yr 3-6)

  • Caleb S (56NW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for your amazing contribution to the 2025 school production ‘The Wizard of Oz.’  Caleb, your performance on stage and your development in all performing arts areas this term has been tremendous.  Not only this, but your support of fellow cast members and staff was nothing short of amazing.  Thank you so much.

  • Percy K (34MH) - ‘Be Your Best’ - Percy, you are always such a positive and energetic student in performing arts lessons, meanwhile showing respect at all times to your classmates and teachers.  Your leadership and development of confidence on stage is encouraging.  Keep up the amazing work, Percy.

  • Gabbi J (34LB) – ‘Be Your Best’ for working hard during art class to complete a fabulous pixel art picture of Dorothy from the “Wizard of Oz”.

  • Jaxon W (56TD) – ‘Be Your Best’ for a fabulous sketch of the tornado scene from “The Wizard of Oz”.  Great job with using different shades of grey to add value to your work.

     

    STEAM (Foundation – Yr 2)

  • Tyler P (12ZH) - ‘Be Your Best’ for demonstrating curiosity and interest when investigating light and shadows, using excellent questioning and observation skills.  Keep up the great effort, Tyler!

  • Lenny B (1/2G)‘Be Your Best’ for showing kindness and teamwork by sharing materials and thinking of others while working in the STEAM room.
  • Ariel S (FBW) - ‘Be Responsible’ for taking pride in our STEAM room by cleaning up after activities and respecting our shared space, setting a great example for others.  Keep up the great effort!

 

P.E. (Foundation – Yr 2)

  • Jimmi W (34LB) - ‘Be Your Best’ for demonstrating great improvement in your batting skills in Cricket.  Your persistence and effort in class is outstanding.  Keep it up Jimmi!

  • Alec E (34MH) - ‘Help Others Succeed’ for continually demonstrating great teamwork and leadership skills in PE.  Your positive communication and inclusion of all students in games is very rewarding to see.  Well done Alec.

 

INDONESIAN (Foundation – Yr 2)

  • Franklin B (FBW) – ‘Be Your Best’ for trying to participate in answering questions and playing games during Indonesian lessons to assist remembering vocabulary.  Keep it up Franklin – Baik sekali.

  • Scout M (12GM) – ‘Be Your Best’ for always completing your tasks quickly and presenting your work well in Indonesian.Congratulations to our most recent Award winners!

Happy Birthday

PFA Art Fundraiser

Last term in art with Mrs Ryan, the students created an art piece for our "Crazy Camel" fundraiser.

 

Student's artwork is turned into beautiful keepsakes, such as tea towels, calendars, tote bags and journals.

 

Samples of the above products are currently on display in the office foyer, should you wish to see the quality prior to ordering.

 

Ordering is done online via the QR code and closes on Friday November 7, 2025.

 

All products purchased will be delivered to the school in time for Christmas.
