PSSA Athletics Championships

All the best to our PP6 Athletics Relay who have a place in POLDING Athletics team to compete at Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre next Thursday 23rd October. We are so proud of their hard work and determination. Go team!

TERM 4 SPORTING SCHOOLS GRANT ~ SWIMMING

This term all students will be attending the Boggabri Swimming Pool to participate in swimming skills with qualified swimming instructors, Maxine Keillor and Louise Shanley from Gunnedah.

This opportunity has been made possible thanks to the Sporting Schools Government Grants that we were fortunate enough to receive.

The sessions will take place every day from Monday 24th November to Friday 28th November (Week 7) from 12:30pm - 1:30pm. A Compass Event will be added in the next couple of weeks with more information. Please inform Ms Traynor in the office if your child/ren has a Narrabri Shire Council season pass so that you won't be charged for this event. We will also incorporate the Pool Party event so that one payment can be made for each child for both events.

As always, please ensure that you give permission and make payment by the due date so that your child doesn't miss out on this fantastic opportunity.

TAMWORTH GALA DAY

What a fabulous day our students had participating in the Armidale Diocesan Soccer Gala Day at Tamworth on 23 September. There were positive reports all round about the networking opportunities for the children. A huge thank you to the students from St Joseph's Primary School Quirindi who made our children feel part of your teams. It was great to see such wonderful sportsmanship on display. 

What a wonderful opportunity for all of the students across the Diocese to participate in. This would not be made possible without the organisation of Armidale Schools Primary & Secondary Sport. Thanks for making these events possible for our students!

A fun day was had by all. The smiles on their faces say it all.
