The 2025 Catholic Mission theme, as announced by Pope Francis for Mission Sunday, is "Missionairies of Hope Among All Peoples." This theme, aligned with the Jubilee Year 2025 "Pilgrims of Hope", calls for the faithful to embody hope and unity in action,
continuing Christ's Mission to bring consolation
and hope to the world.

As part of Mission Month ~ October we will be fundraising to support those in need to bring them hope for the future. During October in Term 4, Friday 17th ~ 24th ~ 31st October we will be holding FUN HAT FRIDAY where students can come to school in their sports uniform wearing a FUN HAT for a gold coin donation each Friday. Staff also have the opportunity to join in the fun.
The money raised from these days will go to the Catholic Mission.

On 24 September, one of our students, Alexis, took a significant step in her faith journey and received the Sacrament of First Reconciliation.
In the lead-up to this special occasion, Alexis attended St Xavier's Primary School Gunnedah to participate in a Retreat Day. A huge thank you to the St Xavier's Team who helped may it a special day for Alexis. We appreciate being included in these valuable opportunities for connection and learning.
Please join us in congratulating Alexis on this important milestone!

HOLY ROSARY
October is the month dedicated each year to the Holy Rosary as the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary is celebrated annually on 7th October.
During October the students will be praying and understanding the Rosary.
