Welcome back to Term 4!

We hope everyone enjoyed a restful break and is ready for the busy and exciting term ahead. Term 4 is always a special time of year filled with celebrations, learning opportunities and memorable events as we move towards the end of the school year. We look forward to supporting our students as they continue to grow, learn and enjoy the many activities planned for this term.

5/6 Camp – Alexandra Adventure Resort

Our Year 5/6 students recently travelled to Alexandra Adventure Resort for their much-anticipated camp, and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment they arrived, students embraced every opportunity to challenge themselves, work as a team, and step outside their comfort zones.

Across the three days, they participated in a wide range of activities including the flying fox, rock climbing, low ropes course, canoeing, archery, the giant swing and gaga ball. Each activity encouraged students to try new things, support one another and build confidence in a safe and fun environment.

Evenings were just as enjoyable, with students taking part in a competitive trivia night, gathering around the bonfire to share stories and toast marshmallows, and winding down with a movie. These moments not only strengthened friendships but also created lasting memories that students will treasure.

A big thank you goes to the staff who attended camp and supported our students throughout this adventure. It was a fantastic experience that highlighted the values of resilience, responsibility and community at Pascoe Vale North Primary School.

Year 6 Parents & Guardians

Term 4 is a very busy time for our Grade 6 students and our Graduation Ceremony will be here before we know it. In this letter is a timeline of important dates, times, and other information for the Grade 6s for this term.

Due to venue capacity restrictions, we kindly ask that only immediate family members and grandparents attend the Year 6 Graduation Ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us ensure the event runs smoothly and comfortably for everyone.

We have put together this information to help you prepare for your child’s graduation and have included some answers to questions you may have. If after reading this information, you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to send a message with your child to their teacher.

Regional Athletics

Earlier this week, one of our talented students, Ruby, proudly represented Pascoe Vale North Primary School and the entire Inner North Metro and Merri-bek region, at the Regional Athletics Championships.

With butterflies in her stomach, supportive parents cheering her on, and an outstanding display of sportsmanship, Ruby was an excellent representative of our school community.

Ruby competed in High Jump, achieving an incredible personal best of 142 cm and finishing 1st place overall! She will now advance to State Athletics, where she will compete against the best young athletes in Victoria.

We are so proud of Ruby’s effort, determination, and positive attitude. Congratulations, Ruby, and best of luck at States! 🎉👏
