From The Team

We all had such a wonderful time at the Melbourne Museum on Monday with our Buddies. The students were extremely well behaved and really enjoyed their day out, and it was lovely to see the care the Year 6 students took to ensure all the Foundation students had a fun and safe time. I was very impressed with their writing about the event and have added some of their sentences in the photo section.

As part of our unit on Information Texts, the students recently learned all about the life of a platypus and enjoyed coming to school in free dress to help raise money for Scoresby Primary School to adopt a platypus for a year.

Please let me know if you are interested in becoming a parent helper in our Foundation classroom. We would appreciate some help in the morning (just for the first 40 minutes during our Morning Rigour sessions) to read with the students. Please note that you must have a current Working With Children check and sign a Child Safety Code of Conduct to work with the students.
