Presentation Night- 15th June 2024

Presentation night is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to celebrate the success of our swimmers for the 2023-2024 season! Tickets are now on sale via trybooking.

Date: Saturday 15th June

Time: 6pm – 10pm

Venue: The Little Vineyard

             17 Paynes Road, Chirnside Park

Menu: 2 course meal, alternating Table Service (*menu subject to change):

· Grass fed slow cooked beef brisket

· Free range roasted chicken breast

 Dessert: selection of Petit Fours

Junior Meal: Chicken Schnitzel (Junior meals are substantial)

Price:

Adults $50.00

Junior $30.00

* Soft drinks/non-alcoholic drinks and coffee/tea included

**3 bottles of wine included on each table

***Other alcoholic drinks available at bar prices

A photobooth will be available all night, complete with a touch screen, options for photo bursts & GIFS, a range of different filters and digital props as well as in-app gallery so guests can browse other photos taken throughout the evening!

Presentation night is for swimmers and parents only due to limited seats available. However, we know that finding alternate care for younger siblings can be tricky. If this is the case, they are welcome to attend and will need to purchase a ticket.

Any swimmers under 12 will need to accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied swimmers will not be supervised.

Seating: swimmers will have their own table and will not be seated with parents, however if you would like your swimmer to be seated with you please email admin@ringwoodswimmingclub.org.au and we will try to accommodate your request. There will be a few long, buffet style tables for swimmers and the same for parents to allow for everyone to be together and socialize.
