School Pride

ICAS reminder
An ICAS post has been put up on Compass for parents who may be interested in their child participating in ICAS tests this year.
Please note the closing date for enrolments is next Friday 7th June.
Support program at Wheelers Hill
At Wheelers Hill Primary School we have an extensive support program to assist students who require further assistance with their learning. These support groups are flexible and can change throughout the school year.
Our literacy support groups are facilitated by our Education Support staff – Kathryn, Winter, Chyi and Nicola. Literacy support follows our MSL (MultSensory Structured Learning) approach and reinforces work done in class.
Numeracy support is facilitated by two of our teachers – Mrs Del Vecchio and Mrs Graham. Areas to work on are identified from students data and enable the support teachers to work on teaching specific skills and strategies.
