National Simultaneous Storytime 

This week we celebrated National Simultaneous Storytime. The students at Marangaroo simultaneously read the same picture book along with the rest of Australia. The book that we read was ‘Bowerbird Blues' by Aura Parker.  

In 'Bowerbird Blues', readers follow a beautiful bowerbird on its quest for the colour blue. The story unfolds as the bowerbird searches across the sea, sky, and city, collecting vibrant blue treasures for its nest.

We held a Bowerbird colouring competition, all entries are displayed in the library.
