Swimming Lessons Reminder

Swimming lessons commence in week 8 following the long weekend. Please mark this in your diary to ensure students return from the long weekend prepared with the items they need for swimming. If you have not already returned the green and orange permission forms, they need to be completed and returned to school along with payment prior to Monday 27 May. 

Please speak to the front office staff if you would like to arrange a payment plan. 

Taking Payments

For various operational reasons, including the closure of local Bank branches, cash payments are no longer preferred. We are requesting that where possible parents pay for excursions and fees via direct credit to the schools account or via EFTPOS at the front office, rather than by cash. 

Reminder: If you are making direct deposits to the school account, can you please ensure that you provide a reference that includes the CHILD'S NAME AND YEAR GROUP to allow for timely processing.

Voluntary Contributions and Charges

If you have not already paid your voluntary contribution this year, can we please ask you to pay the contribution before the end of term 2. Voluntary contributions are used to offset the cost of photocopying, ICT charges and the replacement of non-consumable books and items that all students use in class.
