Community Fair Meeting!
This year we will be holding a Fete which we will call the 'St A's Community Fair!'
On Wednesday 1st of May we held our first Fair meeting with only 9 attendees. To undertake a Fair we will need the entire schools assistance! This year each class will be assigned a stall at the Fair which parents of students will be required to run throughout the day in shifts, so you can still enjoy the event too! We will need two coordinators from each Class to help ensure that their stall is ready and organised for the day! If you would like to volunteer for this please email- jmartin@safranksth.catholic.edu.au with your name and the class of your child/ren that you will be happy to represent - you will only be given one class to assist (if you have multiple children at the school). Having everyone involved will make for a great community event where everyone feels that they have contributed to an amazing day!
Our next meeting will be NEXT Thursday 23rd May at 7pm in the School Hall - please email to let me know if you are attending! jmartin@safranksth.catholic.edu.au
