BHCS CANTEEN
PREP – YEAR 6: The canteen is available for lunch orders on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. Primary students (Prep - Year 6) may pre-order lunch orders via the Flexischools app only. No window service.
YEAR 7 - YEAR 12: Are welcome to order at the Canteen window during recess and lunch.

- Tuesdays: 8.00am - 12.00pm
- Thursday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm
- 1st Saturday of Month - 9.00am-12.00pm

TREETOPS CAFE
The Café runs every day except Wednesday. Senior students (Year 7 -12) are able to order food from the Café during break times. Only Year 11 & 12 students may use the tables and chairs in the Café.
KIT LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
KIT is designed to be your go-to resource for all things related to your child's academic journey. You can easily access student timetables, see classes, and find important information about your secondary child's curriculum. We know how busy family life can be, so we've made KIT user-friendly and a great way to stay connected with your child's learning. KIT is primarily designed for Secondary students, but Primary families can access information such as timetables for their child within this system. All families can also access links to report absences, access the calendar, read the latest newsletter, or transition to Flexischools or Operoo.
KIT also has a web app that can be installed by clicking on the link found at the top right under Notifications once you're in the system. Installing this will eliminate the need to access KIT via a web browser.
Your login will be based on the email you have provided to us.
ARE YOU ON FLEXISCHOOLS?
Families are reminded to download and subscribe to the Flexischools app. This is the portal where day to day reminders and information is distributed to the school community. To subscribe to your child's 2025 class group, please follow the below instructions.
PERSONAL DETAILS
We would like to remind families that if your circumstances change in any way - this includes address, phone numbers, email address, custody arrangements and fee arrangements - please update your Operoo profiles and then contact the School as soon as possible. This will assist us in ensuring that any communications sent, reach you. Please feel free to email any updates
to office@bhcs.vic.edu.au so this can be passed on to the relevant departments.
WELLBEING RESOURCES
We know that it can sometimes be hard to find the necessary resources in relation to mental health, bullying and family violence, especially when things are tough. For this reason, the School has a small webpage with links related to health and wellbeing resources. This can be found on the School's website under Other Resources or can be found here.
