At Highton Primary School, students regularly engage in GEM (Gratitude, Empathy, and Mindfulness) chats. These meaningful conversations provide a valuable opportunity for students to reflect on their day, express appreciation, practice mindfulness, and build emotional awareness. GEM chats help foster a positive classroom environment and support the wellbeing of all students.
