Term 1 chicken volunteers

Our school is lucky to have four beautiful chickens who live a life of luxury in our amazing chook house (located in the quiet area behind the Kitchen Dining Room).

We are looking for some parent volunteers to help spread the workload of looking after them.

Each day we need to check in on the chickens, collect the eggs, top up food and water, remove manure and replace hay. This should take 15 minutes maximum and can easily be completed before drop-off or after school pick-up. It is a fun task to complete with your children.

Families helping out are free to keep the delicious fresh eggs that they collect.
