Our senior students have been learning about the adaptations of animals, focusing on marine animals that appear in their text study Blueback.

Our new preps also enjoyed their first cuddle with Dave, our resident blue-tongue lizard!

Physical Education - Miss Lucie Atherton

This fortnight, our Prep–2 superstars have been busy hopping, skipping and jumping their way through learning the basics of Athletics. From jogs and sprints to two-foot jumps and hurdles, they’ve been building their skills through fun, fast-paced activities. We’ve also been working on our throwing technique — ask your child about our three magic words: “point, step, throw!”

Meanwhile, Grades 3–6 have stepped up to the plate in T-Ball, discovering how it connects to both Softball and Baseball — master one and you’re set for all three! Our 5/6 students were lucky enough to take part in a fantastic incursion with Danielle Rigg from Softball Victoria, sharpening their skills and game knowledge with expert tips and plenty of enthusiasm.
