WHAT YOU CAN DO

OUR FAMOUS ST MICHAEL'S CAKE STALL

Each year St Michael's School has held the most amazing cake stall at the Ashburton festival. This year we're doing this onsite! CAKE PACKS WILL BE COMING HOME SHORTLY so please get ready with your recipes and ingredients. Each family is asked to make one slice, cake, muffins, whatever you do best.  One thing to remember is that we are unable to sell anything that requires refrigeration at the cake stall.

DONATE FAMILY BLOCKS OF CHOCOLATES - We will need lots of chocolate blocks on the day to make our Lob-a-Choc, choc full of fun for the kids!! Family blocks only and you can drop these off in the school office anytime before 22nd March.

VOLUNTEER ON A STALL - We will need every family to offer an hour of their time on the day to supervise a stall on the day. A volunteer website will be made available shortly for people to sign up. Think about what hour of the day you will be able to assist.

BE PRESENT - Most importantly, we want you to be there! Having everyone there will make the day lots of fun and our St Michael's Community Spirit will be alive!

STUDENT HELPERS AT MASS

At the celebration mass on this day we will need student helpers for some tasks during mass. We are in need of two students per class to take up a tea light during the entrance procession as Father walks into the church. If you are certain you will be attending mass and your child might like to do this job, please email your child's class teachers to let them know so that we can organise this in advance. You will need to arrive for mass no later than 10.25am.
