Ringwood RSL Remembrance Day Service

On Monday, 11 November, our Year 8 Student Representative Council (SRC) members, Ella B and Jasmine F proudly represented the college at the Remembrance Day service hosted by the Ringwood RSL.

Although the service is traditionally held at the Ringwood Clocktower, this year’s event was relocated due to wet weather conditions. Despite the change in venue, the ceremony remained a powerful and respectful tribute to those who have served and sacrificed in wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping missions.

Our students took part in the service  laying a wreath on behalf of the college and wider community. This symbolic gesture reflected our shared gratitude and commitment to remembering those who gave so much.

We thank the Ringwood RSL for welcoming our students and for continuing to provide meaningful opportunities for young people to engage with Australia’s history and values.

End of Semester Exams and VCE Transition

Our Year 10 and 11 students are busy preparing to sit their end-of-year exams. This is a valuable opportunity for students to consolidate their learning, demonstrate their understanding, and build confidence in exam settings.

Following the exam period, these students will begin their VCE Transition classes which for the Year 10 students, marks the beginning of their VCE journey. This program is designed to introduce students to the expectations, routines, and study habits that will support their success next year. This is a crucial time for students to engage with their chosen subjects, meet their teachers, and begin exploring the content and skills. Students will also receive homework to complete over the summer break, which is designed to help them prepare for the academic demands of the year ahead.

We wish our students all the best for their exams and look forward to supporting them as they step into their 2026 classes.
