Year 9 exams are a fantastic opportunity for students to familiarise themselves with exam protocols and requirements ahead of their senior school years. These exams not only allow students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills but also serve as a valuable learning experience as they prepare for the demands of the future.
To ensure that students are fully supported and have an opportunity to prepare effectively, the structure of the exam days will be slightly adjusted. This includes some changes to the usual class schedule, allowing students more time to focus on revision or rest between exams. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the updated timetable, which is included below, so that you can be well-prepared for the adjustments on these days.
Additionally, if there is any supervision required for students during Period 5 on Monday or Wednesday, please do not hesitate to reach out to Adam Given to coordinate.

To keep costs down, the school will be providing a free sausage sizzle on the day to reduce the need for students to purchase food from the canteen.
Students should dress with an eye on being SunSmart even when completing the water activities.
Congratulations to both our Year 7 boys baseball and Year 8 cricket team who are off to the state finals next week. An amazing achievement from both teams to get this far and we have our fingers crossed for a second state title in 2026.

Mentor this week at year 7 was a chance for students to teach each other a skill. It was fantastic to see such a wide variety of skills being taught to each group.
