Our Faith Journey

Light serves as a reminder that no matter the darkness we face, faith, hope, and goodness can guide us toward joy and spiritual growth

Gospel Reading

Matthew 5:1-12

Jesus teaches what it means to be happy.

How is Jesus’ idea of happiness different from what the world might say makes us happy?

Can you think of a time when you felt blessed, even though things were difficult?

How can we show mercy, kindness, or peace in our school community?

Prayer for Our Confirmation Students

Loving God,
We thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit poured out upon our Confirmation students.
May Your Spirit continue to guide and strengthen them as they grow in faith, hope, and love.
May they be missionaries of Your peace—bringing joy where there is sadness, understanding where there is division, and faith where there is doubt.
Lord, walk beside them always, and let their lives be a reflection of Your goodness and grace.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

The Importance of Feedback from Parents as Major Stakeholders in Schools

Parents play a vital role as key stakeholders in the life of a school. Their feedback provides valuable insight into how students experience learning, wellbeing, and community life from home. By actively seeking and listening to parent feedback, schools strengthen the partnership between home and school—one that is essential for student success.

 A Parent’s Message of Thanks

Good afternoon Ms Devisser.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for organising the Diwali celebration at school this year. It was such a lovely way for the kids to learn about diversity and inclusiveness, and I’m sure they all really enjoyed the activities throughout the day.
Ending the day with the liturgy was a beautiful touch, it really showed how Diwali and Catholic values are so similar, reminding us that no matter our faith or background, we’re all connected.
Thanks again for all the effort you put into making it so special. I’ve attached a few pictures from our Diwali celebration at home this year :)
Have a great day.
Raj (Varis Mum)

Thank you to our wonderful parent volunteers - Mrs Rajwinder Kaur, Mrs Haran Kumar Kajanthini,  Mrs Gunasundari Jayaprakash, Mrs Sejal Patel and Grandma of Hirva.

We are so grateful that you have helped us celebrate Diwali at school. Your time, creativity, and enthusiasm made the day truly special for our students and helped us honour the beauty of diversity and community.

Here are some wonderful moments captured during our Diwali celebration at school.
