Parents' and Friends'
This week, the Honorable Dan Tehan MP presented the Senior School with a set of Australian Flags for the newly installed flag poles in the tower carpark, pictured with Principal Michael Horne, Captains Sarah and Nick and Vice Captains Lucas and Hannah.
We hope all families had a wonderful break and that your children have settled back into Term 2 with renewed enthusiasm for learning.
The Parents' and Friends' AGM is upon us - please join us next Tuesday at 6pm. All Executive positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) will be open for nominations and news of the many ventures for the P&F in 2024 will be presented. We welcome new parents and current parents to come along and hear from our Principal, Mr Michael Horne and the Head of the Junior School, Mr Stephen Nelson, as well as vote for potential new Executive Committee members.
Please keep an eye on the WhatsApp groups for the Second Hand Uniform Shop opening hours. We have a large array of Winter uniforms available for very reasonable prices. This has been an enormously successful venture and we thank Zoe Price for her commitment to this offering.
We will once again be providing slices for the Serra Terra event in June. This is a wonderful event to support and we welcome any keen bakers to get in touch if they may be able to assist. This is a fundraising initiative for the P&F.
We have lots of fun events in the pipeline this year designed to not only bring in some fundraising revenue but more importantly, to bring our school community together. We look forward to advertising these very soon and seeing you there!
