Back in the Garden this fortnight we were lucky to find delicious green beans, strawberry guavas and feijoa's. The oranges and lemonade lemons are a bit sour for some but other students love them! We planted some snow pea and carrot seeds, saved from last year, for a winter harvest.

Our chickens are still gifting us with eggs. There's nothing more exciting for students like Max to find an egg, especially one they saw being laid and feels warm to touch.

Autumn leaves are a great resource to collect for our chicken's scratching yard and compost pile, and lots of fun to pile up and jump on!
