ANZAC Assembly

ANZAC Assembly 

On Tuesday, students made ANZAC biscuits, made origami and paper poppies in class. 

On Wednesday morning, our school had a special ANZAC Assembly. We started the assembly with our school captain Mietta reciting the Ode. This was followed by the playing of the Last Post and Reveille. Then, Ava and Cooper recited the poem, Red Poppy. The assembly ended with all students paying their tributes and respect with a symbolic planting of their beautiful poppies they made in class.
