We are learning to use sensory language to convey a vivid picture of places, events and feelings in our writing. 

VOCABULARY

Narrative: the telling of a story with a sequence of events that is fictional.

Convey: to express a thought or feeling. 

Vivid: a very clear image in your mind. 

Sensory language: words or phrases that create a connection to the five senses.
