AFL St Kilda Players visit.

On Thursday we had five listed St Kilda players come and have a Question and Answer session with our Gr 4, 5 and 6 students.  We welcomed Mason Wood, Riley Bonner, Max Heath, Matthew Alison and Cooper Sharmen. The students prepared for the visit and asked the players some insightful questions about their careers, injuries, successes, injuries, dreams and stats. The players thoroughly enjoyed their time with our students and promised our biggest St Kilda fan, Mrs Snooks, a great season!  

St Mary's House Spirit Swimming Carnival

What a wonderful event our Grade 3, 4, 5 and 6 students participated in on Friday at the Crib Point Pool. This year, we had the much anticipated return of the teacher race!  Next year, we hope to add a parent event too. Thank you to our amazing parents who offered to help out on the day with setting up and event place judging: Josh, Aaron, Alison, Sarah, Kasse, Sharon, Shakila, Jade, Ash and all the cheering family members from the sidelines.

Students participated in a variety of races and fun novelty relays at the end of the program. There was amazing house spirit on display with everyone putting their hand up to go in events for their house and give things a go! 

Our District swim team will be announced soon, the event is on Thursday the 29th February at the Crib Point Pool. Students in the team will receive an Operoo note later this week.
