FAMILY FUN NIGHT

Good afternoon, 

 

On Family Fun Night coupons will be used in place of cash to purchase goods and participate in activities.  Listed below is a pricelist for your information. 

 

You will be able to avoid the long queues on Family Fun Night and purchase coupons early, via the Qkr! app under the fundraising tab.

 

Coupons are available for purchase via Qkr! until 3.30pm Monday 4 March. Pre-purchased coupons will be available for collection from 4pm on the evening of Fun Night outside the front office. They will be bundled by family in a labelled and sealed envelope. 

 

Coupon presales will only be available via the Qkr! app, alternatively coupons will be available for purchase on the evening at various selling points around the school. 

 

Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any unused coupons.

Ways your family can get involved to help make the night a success: 

 

Donate items to our hugely successful raffle We are organising a range of hampers to raffle and are seeking donations. This can include items such as new toys, arts and craft supplies and chocolates. 

 

Please ensure all items donated are new and are with their best before dates where applicable. All families who donate will receive a principal thank you certificate.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Purchase Raffle Tickets

 

Tickets are being sold for $2 each for the chance to win one of our amazing hampers or gift vouchers. 

 

 All ticket books and money (including any unsold tickets) should be returned to the school office by Friday 1st March.

Volunteer your time 

 

We are seeking volunteers to assist our staff on the night to run our stalls. If you have a valid working with children check, have completed our volunteer training and would be available to assist on the night, please contact Laura in the office on laura.zurzolo@education.vic.gov.au or 9404 4311.

 

Even if you can only spare an hour, we will be very grateful for your assistance. We will also be holding a meeting, every Tuesday morning at 9am until Fun Night with any parents who would be available to attend. During these sessions we will be asking for suggestions, feedback, and assistance with preparations. 

 

Donate your baked goods to our bake sale 

 

If you love to bake and create, we invite you to make some goodies for our bake sale stall. We ask that all items provided are nut free, individually packed, don’t require refrigeration, and include a full ingredient list on each package. 

 

Due to storage restrictions, baked items will need to be delivered to the school no earlier than the morning of Family Fun Night, Thursday 7 March.   

 

All proceeds raised from the Family Fun Night will be used to purchase outdoor table tennis tables for our senior students and a dedicated Junior School sandpit. 

 

We are sure it is going to be a great night and look forward to seeing you all there.
