Catholic Education Week

Catholic Education Week is an opportunity for all Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne to celebrate their Catholic identity, the pivotal role they play within their local community and the strength of the sector. This year's theme is 'In the Light of Christ'. Each day this week in the classroom teachers will be leading their students in prayer and discussions around this theme and asking the students questions including:

• How can you shine you light for others?
• What do you love about our school? and the question we asked you to discuss at home. 
• Why did your family choose to send you to a Catholic school?

On Tuesday 19th March and Wednesday 20th March the Year 3 students will be receiving the Sacrament of First Reconciliation. 

Please keep them in your prayers as they continue with their faith journey. 

Easter Services at Holy Spirit are:

Palm Sunday, 23-24 March:   Saturday 6pm, Sunday 9:00am & 5:00pm

Reconciliation 26 March:       Combined Parishes service, 7:30pm @ Holy Spirit

Holy Thursday, 28 March:      Mass of the Last Supper, 7:30pm 

Good Friday, 29 March:          Stations of the Cross, 10:00am 

                                                Celebration of the Lord’s Passion, 3:00pm 

Holy Saturday, 30 March:      Easter Vigil: 7:30pm 

Easter Sunday, 31 March:      Easter Mass: 9:00am
