A Sizzling Success – Thank You, PFA!

A huge thank you to our incredible  (PFA) for running the Election Day BBQ – what a day it was! Their tireless efforts (and impressive snag-flipping skills) helped raise much-needed funds for our school, and we are so grateful for their ongoing support of Robbie Mac.

In true Melbourne style, the weather threw in a bit of everything – but that didn’t stop our PFA Team! When the wind picked up, they built a makeshift windbreak ! The turnout was so good, they ran out of sausages not once... but twice!  Some emergency snag runs, the BBQ kept sizzling and the crowds  happy.

It was a roaring trade and a wonderful display of community spirit. A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer who gave up part of their Saturday to help out – whether you were on the BBQ, restocking supplies, or keeping things running behind the scenes, your time and energy made the day a true success.

We’re lucky to  have such a dedicated and generous school community. 

Mother's Day/Special Person morning - TeamKids  Coffee Van (THANK YOU!)

A heartfelt thank you to all the families who joined us to celebrate our Mother’s Day and Special Person Morning. It was such a joy to see our school filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connection as we honoured the special people in our children’s lives.

A very special thank you goes to Carolyn for her ongoing support and incredible organisation of the activities that make these events so memorable. Your creativity and dedication do not go unnoticed!

We’d also like to give a big shout out to TeamKids for generously providing the coffee van – keeping everyone caffeinated and energised for the morning festivities!

Events like these are a wonderful reminder of the strong community spirit we are so proud of here at Robbie Mac. Thank you to everyone who continues to contribute and help make our school the best kept secret in Box Hill.
