An Introduction to the Middle Years Token Shop!

The Basics:

Where? The Token Shop runs out of room 92.

When? Thursday and Friday Recess Time (11:00-11:30am)

Who? This token shop is available to our Year 7, 8 + 9 students

How does it work? Students can use tokens they've earned at school to get hot cheese toasties, cups of milo and/or ice cream cones with chocolate sauce and sprinkles!

Students are able to earn tokens to cash in for goodies by showing our 4 college values of LEARN, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILE and RESILIENT. 

We ask our students to keep showing these values every day so that they may be rewarded for their good work at being good humans! Token balances are tracked and recorded by your teachers, so come on down to check your current balance and get yourself a lovely treat.  

The Token Shop also provides an opportunity for our students to volunteer to be behind the scenes and participate in the operations! Our student volunteers are required to complete the DoFoodSafely certificate online before handling and serving items from the Token Shop, helping them to build safe and sanitary skills when getting hands on.

Working at the token shop teaches you some good life skills that you can take everywhere in life, also if you don’t have lunch come join us and vibe with us we’re very welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to see your faces there!

This is where students can spend all the tokens they’ve earned over the weeks. Workers are very nice and welcoming of all new customers. If you haven’t had a chance to visit the token shop, what are you waiting for!
