G.E.M of the Week!

At Truganina P9 College, we strive to empower students to become independent and self–regulating learners by embedding the teaching of social and emotional skills to build resilience.
We focus on gratitude, empathy, mindfulness and emotional literacy—four powerful practices that help students build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and stay present in their learning. By encouraging students to pause, reflect, and appreciate themselves and others, we’re creating a kinder, more connected school community!
Please take a moment to read the Resilience Project GEM Conversation cards below and reflect with a parent/carer, a classmate, a teacher or just by yourself!
