Gather Round

LNPS Gather Round players were lucky enough to have an ‘additional’ experience to the Monday matches. 

Year 3/4 team

Saturday 12th - Played 3 mini matches against other schools. Thanks to Levi’s parents for providing a big tub of icy-cold bottled water.

Year 5/6 team

Sunday 13th - Played a pre-game to the AFL St Kilda vs GWS Giants on Norwood oval. Some stayed on in the heat and watched the AFL game.

Our LNPS footy teams are strong ⭐️. Throughout the experience, we made great connections with other schools. This was not only by playing against them, but with 8 players whose school couldn’t make the team numbers, who joined ours. LNPS kids/families were very welcoming. We’ve received such great feedback.

Netball Clinic

St Michael's All Angels Netball Club invites all 4–to 8-year-olds to our netball skills development program. This is a great introduction to netball, developing fundamental skills in preparation to play or just for fun. Sessions will be run by specialised coaches and are a great opportunity to learn new skills, coordination and the rules of netball whilst having fun and making friends.

The total cost is $80 and includes 6 x 1-hour training sessions, plus a SMAA gift, certificate and breakfast on the last session to celebrate all that has been learnt 😊

The specialised sessions will be held at the SMAA Netball Club at 3 Military Road, West Beach, on Sunday mornings on the following dates:

May 18th, May 25th, June 1st, June 15th, June 22nd and June 29th between 9am and10am. (No session on June 8th due to the long weekend.)
