Student Learning 3/4

This week the 3/4 classes have been working on number patterns and using the four operations. We also experimented with square roots, exponents and factorials.

We worked in partners or small groups to play some really fun games such as Cross the Volcano and Strike! We have also been working on recognising multiples and factors.

Rufus in 3/4CO showed tremendous persistence and motivation during Maths this week. He found all possible solutions to this problem and was able to prove that he had, in fact, found them all! 

We have been looking at describing words and created word clines.
