We hope this newsletter finds you in good health and high spirits! This week at Kharisma Kids, we delved into the world of nutritious choices with our Healthy Eating Week. It was an engaging and enlightening experience for the children, filled with fun activities and valuable lessons.

Throughout the week, the children immersed themselves in various activities designed to promote healthy habits. From honing their cutting skills to distinguishing between healthy and less nutritious options, the children enthusiastically participated in activities that not only encouraged learning but also fostered teamwork. Team activities allowed them to practice cooperation and collaboration with their peers, laying the foundation for essential social skills.

One of the highlights was exploring the five food groups and understanding the importance of a balanced diet. We witnessed a remarkable improvement in the children's eye-hand coordination as they enthusiastically practiced using scissors during these activities.

Each child's progress has been truly remarkable, and it's heartening to see them embrace these healthy habits with such enthusiasm. We encourage you to continue the conversation at home by discussing the importance of balanced nutrition and incorporating these principles into your family routines.
