Class Placement Processes - 2024

Class Placement Letter

Yesterday, the Class Placement Letter was sent home with all students.

On the letter is a section that allows families to indicate their intentions for students returning or not for 2024. This needs to be completed and returned by each student.

 

We are commencing our planning for 2024 and require up-to-date enrolment information.

Accurate information is essential to help us make decisions so we ask that parents let us know if their child/ren will or will not be returning in 2024. 

If you have not informed the school yet, please do so as soon as possible.

Parent requests and considerations

Some parents may wish to provide additional information that they would like the school to consider when placing students in classes for 2024. 

This information must be provided in writing and needs to be addressed directly to me via email: guy.walmsley241@schools.sa.edu.au

 

Please note: 

  • We do not accept or consider requests for individual teachers
  • Class placement preferences are to be written in relation to particular pairings or separations that families would like to have considered
  • We are also unable to have face-to-face meetings to discuss class placement information, unless initiated by the school. 

All written requests need to be submitted by Friday 3rd November, 2023 (Week 3, Term 4).
