Meet Our Year 6 Wellbeing Leaders 🌟
Our Year 6 Wellbeing Leaders play a key role in helping our school community feel safe, included, and supported.Â
Â
They lead initiatives, support younger students, and model kindness, respect, and responsibility every day.
Â
We asked some leaders a few questions about their role—here’s what they had to say!
Â
My favourite part of being a Wellbeing leader is that I can be a good role model for our school and help all of the Preps and little kids to show kindness to each other using our 3 Reskeys.
I help other students at school by teaching them to not bring wrappers to school and letting them know where they can play so that they don't go into the wrong area. Â
I think Wellbeing is important at school so that everyone knows what is right and how everyone should be treated. This also shows how well your profile is, you also get to write, do activities and get to go to fun meetings.   Â
My favourite part of being a wellbeing leader is working with other people and doing fun stuff. I help other students in the school by asking them if something's wrong. Wellbeing is important at our school because it teaches how to be kind and respectful.

My favourite part of being a wellbeing leader is to help other students. I can show the other students, as well as others, how to respect our school and others, and show them how to be resilient and respectful, as well as show them what being a wellbeing leader is like, as well as having fun doing activities.
I think wellbeing is important at school because it shows and helps people to be kind, resilient, and respectful, as well as to show them what is wrong and what is right.
I can help other people at school by showing them not to bring certain things like wrappers, and if someone has a problem that needs just a little bit of help, but not to the point that we need the teachers, like if someone is just having a disagreement, I can step up and give them a helping hand.
