Ardlethan Hospital Auxiliary 

Annual General Meeting

Friday 14 August 2026 at 11:00am in the CWA Rooms

Followed by a Bring & Share Lunch

New members most welcome.

Ardlethan Hospital Auxiliary General Meeting was held on Tuesday 16th June in the CWA Rooms with eight members attending.

The minutes were read by Secretary Christine and the toiletry bags donated to the Temora Hospital have been a huge success, thanks to Bessie for making the bags and Chris for filling them.  The Treasurer Sue gave a comprehensive report which showed a healthy bank balance.

Members were sorry to hear that the gardener we have had for the Medical Centre is retiring to another job and we will have to find someone else.  He will try and get the roses pruned before he finishes up.

President Lyn read a thank you letter from Coolamon Hospital Auxiliary for our attendance to the recent Forum.

An invitation from the Temora Branch was received to attend a Christmas in July meal at the Shamrock Hotel, but there was no interest from anyone to attend.

Members are reminded our Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday August 14th at 11am followed by a bring and share luncheon in the CWA rooms, with possibly a guest joining us from our Group.
