Senior School Cross Country Carnival

On Wednesday 14th May, all students from Years 3–6 participated in the St Martin’s Senior Cross Country Carnival held around the school grounds. The students showed fantastic effort, determination and sportsmanship throughout the morning as they competed in their age group races. The event also acted as a qualifier for the Heidelberg District Cross Country Carnival.

Congratulations to all students who participated and represented their House with pride. Final House points were:

• Tours – 206
• Mercy – 183
• Xavier – 177

• McAuley – 135

   

Thank you to all staff and parent volunteers who assisted on the day and helped make the event a success.

Heidelberg District Cross Country Carnival

On Tuesday 19th May, 60 students represented St Martin’s at the Heidelberg District Cross Country Carnival held at Banyule Flats. Despite the rainy conditions, all students displayed tremendous resilience and effort throughout the day and represented the school proudly.

Congratulations to Tiago L, Sophie B, Luca P, Archie P, Freddie T, Hannah D, Bosco H, James S, Ellie B and Lily S who all qualified for the Division Cross Country Championships to be held on June 3rd.

We wish these students all the very best for the next stage of competition.
