Spiritual Rest

Our patron saint, St. Therese of Lisieux, is well known for her spiritual writings, which promote a simple and humble approach to spirituality and relationship with God.

Saint Therese often spoke of resting in God's presence, taking the time to be present with God. One way we can achieve this is through Christian Meditation, or by looking for the ways God is present in the ordinary things of our day.

In a world filled with content, spiritual and otherwise, it is very easy to get caught up scrolling, and missing the opportunities to stop and be present to where you are, and present with God.

These holidays, if you find a quiet moment in your day with your children, St. Therese invites us to stop, and simply observe your children at play, and notice God's presence in that moment.

Let's all try to find some time for spiritual rest these holidays.

Vinnies Winter Appeal - Thank you for your support

Thank you for your support of the Vinnies Winter Appeal. Together, we raised a total of $620.25, and collected a large number of warm winter clothing items to donate to Vinnies. The morning solidarity experience was memorable with many students expressing releif when the heaters were turned on at the end of the experience.

Your generosity will greatly assist Vinnies in supporting local families this winter.
