IMPORTANT INFORMATION

School Arrival and Departure  

Children should not arrive at school before 8:30 am or remain on the premises after 3:40 pm, as there is no supervision during these times.  

If you anticipate being late to collect your child, please inform the school office promptly.

Student Late Arrivals and Early Collections 

All late arrivals or early collections must go via the office to sign in or out. 

Late Arrivals: Students arriving after 9:00 am must report to the office to be signed in, as class rolls have already been marked. 

Early Collections: Parents collecting children before 3:20 pm must sign them out at the office before leaving the school grounds.

School Absence 

Important reminder to please to notify the school via PAM, Phone or email if you child is absent from school. 

Attendance: All children are expected to attend school every day, unless there is a very good reason for them to be absent. Children who are ill or who have not fully recovered from illness should not be at school. If your child is unwell and unable to attend, parents/guardians are required to notify the school via a phone call or using the parent notified absence feature on PAM. Extended periods of pupil absence must be reported to the school, preferably prior to the absence occurring (holiday, ongoing health issue, family issue etc). 

It is a legal requirement that all unexplained absences will be followed up.
