Year 5/6 Swimming Program

All students in Year 5/6 will be involved in a Swimming Program over 8 days at Aquastar Swim School – 24 Arco Lane, Heatherton 3202.

Lessons will be 45 minutes long. Your child will have swimming lessons each school day, commencing on Monday, 28 July 2025, and concluding on Thursday, 7 August 2025. There will be no swimming lessons on Fridays. 

It is also strongly recommended that students wear goggles and swim caps to enhance their swimming experience. Lessons are part of the Physical Education Curriculum, and all children are expected to participate in the Swimming Program. Any child who does not participate in the program must have a doctor's certificate and will be expected to attend the pool. They will travel on the bus to the pool with the rest of their class.
