The Adventures of Frankie & Ash
School Support Dogs
This week, I (Frankie) had to go to the Vet. Mum said it was just for a needle but I was Very Brave and didn't even cry. The vet gave me lots of love and so many treats, which made it mostly okay. Ash came too, even though she didn’t have to get a needle (rude), but she still got treats just for sitting there looking cute. Where is the justice?
We had a lovely week at school and did many Important Jobs like visiting classrooms when Vicki Ward (a Member of Parliament, whatever that is) came to visit the Year 7 numeracy program. People said it was a big deal, but Ash and I are pretty sure we were the real stars of the visit. So many pats! So many happy faces! Vicki didn’t even roll over for belly rubs.
The holidays are coming and we are Very Excited. That means more walks, more company, and more fires. Best of all, Mum and Dad will both be home and we can lie right in the middle of the loungeroom, pretending we are tiny and not taking up all the space.
That is all for now.
We hope everyone stays warm and remembers that we accept treats all year round.
Love and tail wags,
Frankie (the brave one) and Ash (the freeloader) 🐾
