VHAP Masterclass

Last Friday 9 of our Year 5 and 6 students had the opportunity to connect with 19 other students from Heathmont East and Croydon Hills Primary Schools to participate in our VHAP Masterclass. Throughout Term 1 and 2 these 9 students had participated in VHAP (Virtual High Abilities Program) online. On Friday they had the opportunity to connect with other students to engage in enriching tasks related to either maths or writing. It was a great opportunity to connect with like minded peers from other schools, whilst developing their critical thinking skills in maths and writing. 

Learning Enhancement In Action....

Manipulating words, putting phonograms and rules learnt into action, exploring place value, adding on a number line, using calculators and so much more, are all skills students who are part of Learning Enhancement put into action each week. What an amazing group of learners they are!
